The following was stated at the July 10, 2007 PaxLair Weekly Meeting held at the Lakeshire Dock House in Ilsnenar.

First is a summary of statements made (with some lines re-ordered since multiple conversations take place), then the entire transcript of this segment of the meeting is contained in another article. This transcript shows Sheriff CaT stating the PaxOku Decree to ban paladins from PaxOku.  The entire transcript also shows Mayor Gareth's questionable state of mind at the meeting.

SUMMARY:

CaT: Excuse me, I have an announcement.
Winfield: Aye?
CaT: Regarding PaxOku, as newly appointed Sheriff of PaxOku by our wonderful Mayor, it is hereby declared the town of Paxoku is off limits to Paladins *smiles evily*
Winfield: Interesting.
Gareth: Yes, yes, it must stop to dark in the well.
Winfield: Why?
Cross MacLeod: I dont go there anyway.
CaT: Just ask the Mayor
CaT: Mayor Gareth, is this not true?
Gareth: Yes it must be!
CaT: As you see, I am just enforcing the Mayors wishes
Winfield: Very well. I will not complain. It is a city run by the Mayor.
CaT: Very well.
Winfield: Just don't unbalance the statehood, then I care a great deal.
CaT: Wouldnt think of it, Governor
CaT: Thank you for your time
Gareth: Yes! balance...dark in...the rock of well.

Traviata Reed: So, Lord Monk cannot walk on Monk's Crossing road?
Phoenix: we are no longer welcome NANOC?
Cross MacLeod: Oh Sure...a No Paladins Policy is OK, But not a No Orcs Policy.
Winfield: Cross has a point.
Winfield: Yet the mayor in PaxLair City is an orc. Hmm.
Cross MacLeod: I Know where you stand Winfield.
NANOC: let them try and stop us, we go where and when we want, we are paladins
Winfield: I respect the decisions of the mayors.
Winmere: We cannot have these contests of wills...
Bozydar: i think Mayor Gareth under a spell

Monk: *thinks on what Gareth just said*
Phoenix: *nods*
Winfield: If there are contestations, bring them to the Mayors affected, or me.
Kerrs Holley: paladins are no match for cannons, paxoku has plenty cannons
NANOC: we can duck, them fat cannon ball
CaT: Paxoku is not without defenses
