Troubadour Hall almost Condemned - Evidence of Poor People Within Print
Written by Winfield_Pax

WEST MAIN STREET, PAXLAIR CITY (FELUCCA), PAXLAIR - January 30, 2007

Acting Mayor Winfield and the Bishop from the Cathedral visited the old Troubadour Hall and Museum in PaxLair City, now a very crumbling and almost condemned building.  They heard poor people were sleeping in the building; the Governor and Bishop were concerned for their well-being.  No poor people were found, but their belongings and some bedrolls were on the first floor.  The Bishop said some prayers and placed a book of Virtue in the room, hoping the new residents would be able to read and understand it.

Part of the building was already in significant decay and collapse; walls were missing on the upper floor and many other walls were losing their luster.  Scraps of food and waste were throughout the building.  The Bishop vowed to provide better food to the poor each day and also to earnestly teach them the virtues and a better way of life.
