Over the past few months, I have met with and spoken to Matron Chknae, leader of the Xun Verin and a renegade drow. Through our negotiations it has come forth that it is high time for the drow to take their place among us surface folk, claiming their divine rights as the supreme race.

In exchange for your allegiance and obedience, Matron Chknae offers you continued life and the dawn of a new leadership in this land of Britannia. Oppose the Xun Verin and thou shall meet with certain death.

A challenge has been issued to several of the surface clans deemed unpure by the Matron Mother as well as those clans housing in territories we claim as rightfully ours. The surface elves have lived among the light for too long and will be wiped from this plain of existence. The Orc and Kolbold tribes have but a simple choice, vow obedience and move from the fort you now occupy, or lie dead beside the surface elves.

The choice is a simple one, even for those of such lesser intelligence as the Kolbold.

Accept the challenge from Matron Chknae or relinquish your claim to the fort near PaxLair and never return, upon the threat of a most horrible death.
