Viceroy Lord Darius confronted Mayor Winfield outside the Twin Towers of PaxLair City late after the PaxLair-wide Meeting in Port Baldmor.  Darius was angry at the trade sanctions imposed on PaxLair City by the Viceroy of PaxOku, Gareth.

Darius said, "Mayor, on my Death you have my Loyalty.  But I protest against certain natures of the Community!  PaxOku has no right to stop the trade between our cities just because we have a few more evil people around.  What about the balance you keep talking about?! *eyes glow red* Balance of what?  Good and good?!  Mayor, you must step in. Force this Gareth to allow trade to flow. We have enough problems here with the wilting trees producing no fruit for the people. Of course I personally like a few deaths, but the citizens here would be in an uproar! End it now Mayor, or there will be problems!"

With that Lord Darius stormed back into his tower leaving Mayor Winfield alone by the Spring of Courage.

At the last PaxLair-wide meeting in Port Baldmor, Viceroy Gareth declared an economic sanction on PaxLair City, Felucca due to the increase in Evil into that city.  The sanction prevents any imports from PaxLair City into PaxOku, and any exports from PaxOku to PaxLair City.  The sanction will remain in effect at least until Viceroy Gareth can meet with Viceroy Darius to discuss the matter.
