Does PaxLair have any rules?

PaxLair rules, laws, and cooperation are based on three tenets: Peace, Neutrality, and Role-playing. Specific rules, guidelines, and laws are then created as needed to provide realism within the community of cities. These Laws apply to all who dwell in and visit PaxLair. However, with the addition of more cities and towns, each location tends to have its own laws. The Viceroy of each city or town has the right to create laws, but not violate any higher level laws of the PaxLair Community.

PaxLair Laws were originally created as a foundation for Justice and Defense in PaxLair City, Felucca. They are interpreted by the PaxLair Court long ago. One of the primary intents was to bring realism to attacks upon PaxLair. A second reason was to help people understand why they were banned from buildings or not allowed to attend events.

On the more positive note, rules and laws add to the Role-Playing environment, such as declaration of an Orcish annual holiday. In essence, PaxLair tries to have laws that are fair and needed just like in any other society. Without law, there can be no fair justice. Without fair justice, there is anarchy.
