Special notice!!

To help protect your Password in UO, read this article from UO Herald.  A Security Challenge Question has been added for requested Password Resets.  This is required for new accounts, and optional for old accounts (but strongly recommended).  This is good news.

"This security question will be used whenever someone requests a password for that account.  If you forget your answer, you will have to contact Customer Support to get it reset.  We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of this feature!"
