OFFICIAL NOTICE - February 21, 2007

Governor Winfield appointed Green Dragon as the Minister of Diplomacy for the PaxLair Statehood at the PaxLair Statehood meeting on February 21, 2007.  The Minister deals with relations between the statehood with external groups and people.  He aids in forming alliances and garnering new friends.  He manages and operates the welcome centers. He advises the Governor on diplomatic issues affecting the statehood.
