Mayor Winfield will announce the new Viceroy of PaxOku at the Blue Light Tavern at 8 PM ET on Sunday, October 8, 2006 at the beginning of the PaxOku City and Allies Meeting.  The appointment ceremony will take place at a future date.

A PaxLair Viceroy leads one of the cities of PaxLair (PaxLair City, PaxOku, Dragons Watch, Port Baldmor, and PaxLane) under the Mayor of the PaxLair Community.  Each Viceroy establishes and operates the city government with the aid of Chancellors, citizens, allies, guilds, and friends.
