OFFICIAL NOTICE - September 19, 2006

Viceroy Visago of PaxOku, Tokuno, announced at the PaxLair-wide meeting that he would be resigning as Viceroy of PaxOku effective September 22, 2006.  Mayor Winfield will step in as acting Viceroy of PaxOku until he appoints a new Viceroy.
