John McBain, Lord and Caretaker of Dragons Watch, has nominated NANOC to become the next Viceroy of Dragons Watch, Felucca.  Mayor Winfield will carry out the appointment ceremony Tuesday, August 8, 2006 in Dragons Watch, Felucca at approximately 9 PM ET.
