OFFICIAL RELEASE - July 18, 2006

Mayor Winfield appointed Visago to the highest position in PaxOku, Tokuno -- the position of Viceroy -- at the PaxLair meeting on July 18, 2006 in PaxOku Tokuno.  Visago is also the guildmaster of House Ellindale [^E^] and he is Lead Manager of the Blue Light Tavern.  Visago is well known for his Thursday BLT Adventures.  Viceroy Visago will lead PaxOku consisting of several citizen guilds and allies.
