Initial Planning Information

Why Attend

  • Have great fun at the MICHIGAN RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL!!
  • Come and meet the players behind the Ultima Online (UO) characters.
  • Visit with old and new friends.
  • Talk about the changes in UO.
  • Tell stories of your greatest adventures.
  • Laugh about the wildest and craziest things we've done in UO.
  • Have an ale or wine with your favorite companions.
  • Put on a skit and have people rolling on the floor madly laughing.
  • Plug your laptop in for a LAN party (tentative). 

How to Attend

  • Just show up!
  • Look at the Schedule and figure out WHEN and WHERE to show up!

  • Fly to Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) (*and we'll try to help with carpooling)!
  • Drive to Detroit (*and some of your friends may be headed in the same direction, so travel with them)!
  • Stay in a recommended Hotel for most out-of-town folk (*even book rooms with your friends to cut down on costs)!

* Personal connections for carpooling, traveling together, and hotel rooms are SOLELY at the discretion and risk of the individuals coming to the Gathering.  We WILL NOT give out personal information without talking to each individual interested in working together.
