PENNED FROM THE DESK OF MAYOR WINFIELD - January 27, 2006

Hail my friends,

Since our 8th Anniversary, PaxLair continues to take on new approaches within our community and with the Realm.

I just reshaped our PaxLair Alliance to allow our citizen cities to have more freedom--more freedom to form their own alliances in their own styles. I already see a great teamwork spirit underway, not separatism.

I just visited Dragons Watch on Felucca, a city of PaxLair, where numerous houses are under redevelopment. That city is growing due to great city leadership and strategy.

There is also a great focus on PaxLair justice again. Several years ago we had a court system to try criminals for their actions (I do not speak of criminals according to Sosarian laws). A justice system is restarting with PaxLair Constables and several people who are apparently commiting several crimes.

One of my purposes as Mayor of PaxLair is to simply help people be creative in their experiences here; to go beyond what they can do by themselves, like I've said before.

I am very, very pleased to see the plays, city construction, comraderie, and intriguing quests and situations. Let us experience these together and see where it all takes us.
