PAXLAIR COMMUNITY CENTRE, EAST MEADOW, PAXLAIR, FELUCCA - July 16, 2005
This evening there was a small gathering held in the newly constructed PaxLair Community Centre. A majority of the guests were of the Ancient Knights of Britannia and the Shapers of Sosaria, the latter of which is currently applying to the Pax Alliance. The Proprieter, Elijah Cross, gave a short welcoming speech to those assembled.
"Greetings and welcome to the new PaxLair Community Centre! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Elijah Cross. This centre is open to the entire PaxLair community. There is a small workshop on the second floor (for all to use) and a private meeting area on the third floor. Of course this area (the roof) is for assemblies or ceremonies (i.e. weddings, guild meetings etc). Should you like to schedule an event here, simply speak with Violet the Paladin on the front steps (keyword Schedule) to obtain contact information."

After the speech all those gathered were offered food and drink and the festivities began! Mayor Winfield arrived and shared some entertaining songs with us as the bards played along. Some even danced as the music played and fireworks were bursting in the air.
Later that evening Mayor Winfield shared with us the story of the recent events at the Grimswind Ruins. After the brief story all those assembled traveled to these ruins and fought the beasts that seem to have occupied the land just west of the monastery. It is unknown if fighting these foul creatures has any signifigance to the evil that tried to pass through the gate, but many a foul beast lay dead in the field as our group pushed through them. After intense fighting, the victorious group retreated to rest and fight another day.
