KotR Accepted into Alliance
Mayor Winfield announced that Knights of the Rebellion's request to join the PaxLair Alliance was granted and they would be added soon!  Ye Ole Smithy was asked to speak but couldn't seem to find any awe inspiring words to say, well except for "We rock!"

Tokuno Outpost Named
Winfield announced that because PaxLair Tokuno has grown far beyond its status as a simple PaxLair Outpost, it needed a name that citizens could use to refer to it as.  Thus "The City of PaxOku" was announced this evening as the official name for the outpost.  'PaxOku' literally means in Japanese, "the place that PaxLair founded" or "peace was put/created here".  Soon all official records will be changed to reflect the new name, and an [Oku] citizens guild was founded for all citizens of the city!

Viceroy of PaxOku Named
Winfield also appointed a new Viceroy (sub-mayor) for PaxOku.  Gareth was nominated for the position a few weeks back and tonight was confirmed as the new Viceroy.  Viceroy Gareth gave a speech where he announced plans to expand the outpost and create a central area (near the fountain) as the middle of the town.  The Viceroy's Office has also been setup behind the post office.  Congratulations Gareth!

Town Hall Design Updated
Neo announced that the Pax Fel Town Hall has been updated with a "Top of the Town Cafe", along with a News Office and record-keeping area in the basement.

Eric the Red Quest
Cross MacLeod announced that an interesting quest occurred last Thursday; part 2 in an 8 part series to locate the Books of Sin.  Another quest is expected to get underway this week, more information at the Chesapeake Community night on Wednesday at 9pm EST in Skara Brae.

AKB Treasure Hunt
Visago and AKB will be hosting another treasure hunt this Tuesday at 8pm EST at the Skara Brae Community Center.  Bring your level 6s and the group will also be doing some level 5s.  All are welcome!

Mexican Mafia Visits
Adrian the Elf and his amigos from the Mexican Mafia visisted the meeting tonight and announced that they would like to join the Pax Alliance!!  Winfield said he would consider it for a week then make a decision, and advised the Mafia to get involved with PaxLair activities and meet the citizens of PaxLair.  Amigos bienvenidos!
