"PaxOku" Proposed as SE Outpost Name
Winfield announced that at next week's PaxLair Meeting (to be held in Tokuno), the Tokuno Outpost would be officially named "PaxOku" so long as no better name is proposed within the week leading up to the meeting.  PaxOku means roughly in Japanese, "the city that PaxLair placed" and is very fitting for the outpost.  There's word also that a new Viceroy (mayor) of the SE Outpost will be named at the meeting.

Alliance Workings and Issues
Part of Winfield's 3 step plan over the last month is to finalize Alliance details and expand the Alliance to many corners of the shard.  KotR is a guild currently being considered for acceptance into the alliance.  More on this soon.

Revamped Ban System
A revamped house ban system is in the works.  The thought currently is to wipe all of the ban lists in PaxLair and start fresh so that many old players can have a look in some of the old buildings.

Diplomacy/Events Report
John Duke gave the Diplomacy Report for the week:

AKB Tuesday Hunt
Visago will be hosting a T-Map Hunt this Tuesday at 8pm EST.  Meet at the Skara Brae Community Center.

Spring of Courage Connected to Tokuno
Winfield announced that while he was on his fishing trip, he came across an old, sodden book with missing pages.  The book described how the fabled Stream of Courage (underground stream that connects such famous landmarks as Lake Hammerfell and the Spring Of Courage) is connected to the PaxLair Tokuno Outpost through the lava-covered Spring at the Tea House and the fountain outside the Post Office.  Winfield did not make any mention of evil trying to tamper with the stream, but did say that great wars may need to be fought one day to ensure its pureness and safety.  One evil being comes to mind as repeated offender in crimes against the composure of the stream: Mazrim.  However Mazrim has not been seen or heard from for years.
