EqualizeR II Dueling
| Ahh death and
destruction, what more can you ask for on a friday evening? The Friday
Fight Night is a weekly competition hosted by the Chesapeake Fight
Club, inviting all comers to test their mights against any who show.
There are only three rules: No Mounts/Pets/Summons, No Pre-Casting, and
No Hiding/Stealthing, everything else being good for whatever it is you
need to do to claim the championship title, honorable or not.
For the Friday Fight Night VII on May 6th, a small crowd gathered to
challenge the April Monthly Champion, EqualizeR II of [!C!]. The
combatants looking to dethrone EqualizeR were Lissa Eldi [*V*], Cross
Macleod [PV], OJ Simpson, and Arig'lak the dastardly [Orc]. The
competition was relatively swift, with newcomers Lissa Eldi and Cross
Macleod showing much strength and durability, but not quite enough as
it were Arig'lak and EqualizeR who were in the finals. EqualizeR had
already defeated Arig'lak, as it had been in all past duels, and the
Orc needed a win to survive. But alas, it was to no avail as EqualizeR
easily dropped his opponent, claimed the weekly championship once more,
and challenged all comers.
EqualizeR and Dragor fighting for the title
| On Friday May 13th, EqualizeR
returned once more to reclaim what was rightfully his, as a larger
crowd from the previous week organized to take his title, among them:
Arig'lak & Ga'kuct of [Orc]. Dragor & Claire of [BiC], Cross
Macleod [PV], Amber Sky [TDA], and Masamune. All of the
competitors fought well, and gave exciting duels, but there could be
only one, as it dwindled down EqualizeR and Dragor fighting for the top
spot. EqualizeR had set himself apart from the competition in all the
fight nights and Dragor had distinguished himself tonight, claiming a
spot in the finals, and defeating all but one of his opponents,
EqualizeR, the only one left he had to beat. But EqualizeR saw
differently, and after an exchange of blows and spells it was again
EqualizeR who took the championship and sealed himself in the record
books, winning his 2nd straight Fight Night and his third overall
(counting the April monthly).
Will anyone stand up and take down EqualizeR? You can join in the
competition for free, there are no entry fees on the weekly Fight
Nights and all comers are welcomed. You can find out more about the
