VoidQueen District in PaxOku

I, Gareth Lightenburg, Mayor of PaxOku, do hereby Decree:

The Red Light District of PaxOku is hearby exempt from PaxOku City Law. As a district of Thieves, Rouges, Mercenaries, Undead, Orcs, Gargoyles and more it is vital to maintain peace within the city.

BLACK ROCK LAW

It is illegal to own, posses, trade or display black rock within the city of PaxOku.

*Any Black rock confiscated within city limits is to be turned over to the city's Adviser/Envoy*

SHADOW ORE MINING LAW

PaxOku is a city of free trade but, mining shadow ore is a way to obtain black rock and black rock elementals. Making it dangerous to the city and community to mine such ore.

ARMAGEDDON SPELL LAW

To cast the spell or own the words of this spell could be catastrophic in any ones hands. Therefor it is forbidden in the city to cast or own the Armageddon spell.

*Anyone found with the words or speaking them will be arrested and turned over to the Mages Council in Moonglow.*
