BloodLust Announces the Alliance

Surprises awaited the attendees of tonight's annual meeting as many alliances were formed and pleads for peace were made.
The meeting began as normal, with Cross spouting his hateful words toward the Orcs, and the Orcs being very kind and pleasant to the disgustingly dressed Paladin, but things soon changed very swiftly.
A stranger appeared by the name of BloodLust. He was evidently an undead, a self proclaimed vampire, and had an announcement for Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct. "...we are allied with King Oberon and the Elves," stated BloodLust very calmly, "If not the Elves, then maybe us next for annihilation." Then as quickly as he appeared, he removed himself from the tower. The vampire was speaking in regard to the Elves fear of a possible Orc war, now that they are in the position to do so, with ownership of PaxLair City once more. (read more here).
Ga'kuct continued the meeting, un-phased by the interruption; he was, however, unable to regain control as more disturbances followed.
Nanoc, the Mayor of Dragon's Watch, appeared at the meeting soon after, stating that he had been in talks with the Elves and a guild of old called "The Syndicate" and was seeking to make peace between the races before a pre-emptive war was invoked. He asked Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct to simply apologize for the harsh statements made toward the Elves, to which Ga'kuct replied (translate from orcish) "I will not apologize for telling the truth." Nanoc acknowledged Ga'kuct's statement and told him he would tell the others of his response.
The Orcs then began to plan, should the Elves and the Vampires decide to strike at them what will they do in retaliation, they are undoubtedly out numbered now, to which Kerrs of Port Baldmor chimed in with an offer. He offered to both take care of the homeless population for the Orcs, as well as help the Orcs against the Elves with one swift deal. The Orcs will give the homeless to Port Baldamore, to be used as servants on ships and around the island, and in exchange, the Pirates will help the Orcs against the Elves and Vampires. Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct agreed enthusiastically to these terms, and Kerrs was off, to try and get more people to aide the orcs, as he went to meet with the leaders of the United Sosarian Navy, in order to try and establish a friendship with them, before the Elves do.
Cross MacLeod then continued to spout of hate filled remarks toward the Orcs as a homeless man by the name of "Homeless Bob" was seen running around town, to which the Orcs began to chase, in order to begin accumulating payment for Port Baldmor.
That concluded tonight's meeting as everyone split in different directions, on to one goal or another.
