Governor Winfield appointed Ga'kuct, warbozz of the Orcs, as Mayor of PaxLair City at the PaxLair Statehood meeting on February 21, 2007. The Mayor is the leader and authority of PaxLair City; is subordinate to the
Governor of PaxLair and decides primary vision and path for the city. In
coordination with the Governor of PaxLair, the Mayor defines, organizes,
operates, and maintains the city's government.
