Caretaker of PaxLair
- Definition:
- SCOPE: PaxLair-wide (PaxLair Community)
- Is the [player/person] who officially cares for PaxLair (PaxLair Community).
- Is not a [role-played] position.
- Is the official spokesperson to Ultima Online, Electronic Arts officials with respect to PaxLair. May support and work with Caretakers of a city if desired for contact with UO as desired.
- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Has authority over long-term actions and stability of PaxLair as a continuing [role-played] environment.
- Owns, operates, and maintains various [online services] supporting PaxLair. The Caretaker of PaxLair will provide [online services] to also support PaxLair cities.
- Appointments:
- Approves appointments of the Governor of PaxLair.
- Can appoint a Deputy Caretaker and assign duties as desired.
- Has a term of office that is indefinite until an old Caretaker designates a new Caretaker.
City Caretakers
- Definition:
- SCOPE: city-wide (for an individual city of PaxLair)
- Is the [player/person] who officially cares for a PaxLair city.
- Is not a [role-played] position.
- Is the official spokesperson to Ultima Online, Electronic Arts officials with respect to the city. City Caretakers may work with and through the Caretaker of PaxLair if desired.
- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Has authority over long-term actions and stability the city as a continuing [role-played] environment.
- Owns, operates, and maintains various [online services] supporting the city. The Caretaker of PaxLair will provide [online services] to also support PaxLair cities.
- Appointments:
- Approve appointments of city Mayor for their city.
- Can appoint a Deputy Caretaker and assign duties as desired.
- Has a term of office that is indefinite until an old Caretaker designates a new Caretaker.

Governor of PaxLair
- Definition:
- SCOPE: PaxLair Statehood
- Is the [role-played] leader and authority of PaxLair Statehood.
- Is accountable for PaxLair stability to the Caretaker of PaxLair.
- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Decides primary vision and path for PaxLair from a [role-played] perspective.
- Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the PaxLair government.
- Appoints, directs, educates, and guides Ministers, Mayors, and PaxLair Statehood guilds.
- Establishes, maintains, and is accountable for Paxlair Statehood [mechanical] alliances. Has the discretion to ally with any guilds.
- Can add more authorities and responsibilities for this position, with approval by the PaxLair Caretaker.
- Appointments:
- Is appointed by the previous Governor of PaxLair with the PaxLair Caretaker's approval.
- Can appoint a Deputy Governor and assign duties as desired.
- Has a term of office for one year. Can be renewed/re-appointed by the PaxLair Caretaker's approval.
- Can be removed from office at any time by the PaxLair Caretaker.

A Minister of PaxLair ( common information )
- Definition:
- SCOPE: PaxLair-wide (PaxLair Community)
- Is the [role-played] leader and authority of a particular PaxLair-wide Ministry.
- Is subordinate to the Governor of PaxLair.
- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Decides primary vision and path for the Ministry from a [role-played] perspective, with approval of the Governor of PaxLair.
- Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the roles and operations of the Ministry.
- Works with the similar city Chancellors throughout PaxLair cities as a cohesive group, but has no specific authorities or command over city Chancellors unless granted by the respective city Mayor.
- Can add more authorities and responsibilities for this position consistent with the Ministry, with approval by the Governor of PaxLair.
- Appointments:
- Is appointed by the Governor of PaxLair.
- Can appoint a Deputy Minister and assign duties as desired.
- Has a term of office at the Governor of PaxLair's discretion.
- Can be removed from office at any time by the Governor of PaxLair.

Mayor
- Definition:
- SCOPE: city-wide (for an individual city of PaxLair)
- Is the [role-played] leader and authority of a PaxLair city.
- Is subordinate to the Governor of PaxLair. Is accountable for city stability to the city Caretaker.
- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Decides primary vision and path for the city.
- In coordination with the Governor of PaxLair, defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the city's government.
- Appoints, directs, educates, and guides Chancellors and city-wide guilds.
- Establishes, maintains, and is accountable for city-wide [mechanical] alliances. Has the discretion to ally with any guilds.
- Can add more authorities and responsibilities for this position, with approval by the Governor of PaxLair.

- Is appointed by the Governor of PaxLair with the city Caretaker's approval.

- Authorities and Responsibilities:
- Decides primary vision and path for the Chancellor from a [role-played] perspective, with approval of the Mayor of the city.
- Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the roles and operations of the Chancellory.
- Works with the similar Minister and similiar city Chancellors as a cohesive group.
- Can add more authorities and responsibilities for this position consistent with the Chancellory, with approval by the Mayor of the city.
- Appointments:
- Is appointed by the Mayor of the city.
- Can appoint a Deputy Chancellor and assign duties as desired.
- Has a term of office at the Mayor of the city's discretion.
- Can be removed from office at any time by the Mayor of the city.
