officials with respect to PaxLair. May support and work with Caretakers
of a city if desired for contact with UO as desired. Has authority over long-term actions and stability of PaxLair as a continuing [role-played] environment. Owns, operates, and maintains various [online services] supporting
PaxLair. The Caretaker of PaxLair will provide [online services] to
also support PaxLair cities. |

Governor |
Is the leader and authority of PaxLair (PaxLair Statehood/Community). Decides primary vision and path for PaxLair. Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the PaxLair government. Is the senior diplomat, working with the Minister of Diplomacy. |

Mayor
|
Is the leader and authority of a PaxLair city. Is subordinate to the
Governor of PaxLair. Decides primary vision and path for the city. In
coordination with the Governor of PaxLair, defines, organizes,
operates, and maintains the city's government.

|
Is the leader directly assisting the Governor/Mayor on his/her behalf. Has authorities granted and scope of duties defined as stated or needed by the Governor/Mayor. |

-- Special Assistant |
Leads special projects of interested assigned by the Governor/Mayor or generated by the Citizens. Assists Statehood and cities with projects that are unassigned. Encourages the generation of new ideas for various projects within the community. |

Minister | Is the leader and authority of a particular PaxLair-wide Statehood Ministry. Is subordinate to the Governor of PaxLair. Decides primary vision and path for the Ministry, with approval of the Governor of PaxLair. Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the roles and operations of the Ministry. Works with the similar city Chancellors throughout PaxLair cities as a
cohesive group, but has no specific authorities or command over city
Chancellors unless granted by the respective city Mayor.

Chancellor | Is the leader and authority of a particular city-wide Chancellory. Is subordinate to the Mayor of the city. Decides primary vision and path for the Chancellor, with approval of the Mayor of the city. Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the roles and operations of the Chancellory. Works with the similar Minister and similiar city Chancellors as a cohesive group.

Deals with matters of Events and Calendars. Stimulates ideas for new events, schedules them, helps people learn how to create events, and offers publicity for events. |

Commerce |
Deals with matters Economics and Trade. Stimulates growth in economic establishments, coordinates interaction between merchants and crafters, and monitors the economic environment. |

Defense |
Deals with matters of Protection. Recruits and maintains Defense Forces. Develops strategies and tactics for combat operations. Performs intelligence operations as required. |

Diplomacy |
Deals with Relations between the community or city with external groups and people. Aids in forming alliances and garnering new friends. Manages and operates the welcome centers. Advises the Governor/Mayor on diplomatic issues affecting the statehood/city. |

Interior |
Deals with matters of Housing. Keeps track of who owns which buildings. Stays in contact with building owners. Designs city housing plans and stimulates growth and needed rennovations. Provides mapping services for the statehood/city. |

Justice |
Deals with matters of Criminal activity. Oversees constables. Schedules court cases for the Judge. Carries out sentences through the constables. |

Knowledge |
Deals with matters of recording History and Information. Coordinates the Libraries. Maintains information on sections of the Skypages.

News |
Deals with matters of Reporting current information to the public. Recruits and trains news reporters. Provides information to various news services and agencies regarding all aspects of the statehood or city. |

Quests |
Deals with matters of Quests, Lore, and Legends. Informs people about quests. Helps people create quests. Involves the statehood and city in the shard through quests. |
