OFFICIAL NOTICE - October 16, 2006

Minister of Defense Oda Nobunga submitted his resignation to Mayor Winfield effective immediately on October 16, 2006.  Oda actively served the PaxLair Community Minister of Defense since May 30, 2006 bringing order and defense to PaxLair.  He will be sorely missed in this leadership position.  His visions and strategies form the foundation for future PaxLair Defenses.
