Mayor Winfield appointed NANOC to the highest position in Dragons Watch -- the position of Viceroy -- at the PaxLair meeting on August 8, 2006 in Dragons Watch, Felucca. NANOC has been in Dragons Watch and its founding guild Army of The Dragon (ATD) for many years.
