OFFICIAL RELEASE - July 18, 2006
Viceroy Benris stated his resignation to Mayor Winfield at a meeting in the Mayor's Tea House on July 16, 2006, to be effective immediately. Benris was appointed as the DW Viceroy on June 20, 2006. Mayor Winfield is working with remaining Dragons Watch officials to receive recommendations for the next Viceroy of Dragons Watch.
