Mayor Winfield appointed Benris to the highest position in Dragons Watch, Felucca -- the position of Viceroy -- at the PaxLair meeting on June 20, 2006. The Ceremony was held in Dragons Watch. Benris then appointed Blade McBain as his Deputy Viceroy.
