Mayor Winfield appointed DutchessVanHorn to the highest position in PaxLair City, Felucca -- the position of Viceroy -- at the PaxLair meeting on June 20, 2006 in PaxLair City, Felucca. DutchessVanHorn is also the guildmaster of the Knights of the Rebellion [KotR] which was accepted into the PaxLair Alliance one year ago on this day. Viceroy Dutchess will lead the PaxLair City consisting of several citizen guilds and allies.
