Spring of Courage in PaxLair

PaxLair News
Sunday afternoon a book was stolen from the PaxOku Silent Rose Library. PaxOku Citizen, Xavier Reed chased the culprit through the woods where he lost track of him.  The theft was reported and Tatania Karthina and Xavier  went to the Library to see which book was taken.

The book found missing was "Spring of Death" by Mazrim's Strategist. "This book is about a plot to unite the Orcs and Savages against PaxLair", Librarian Tatania Karthina said, "The plot is to corrupt the Spring of Courage in PaxLair and make it run blood once again, so the evil Mazrim can gain power."

The Spring of Courage was immediately checked and found to be pure still.  Security is being stepped up at the Spring of Courage in PaxLair as well as several other locations.  Lady Winmere "Lady of the Spring" is thought to be in danger as the Spring could not possibly be corrupted while she lives.  Mayor Winfield is being contacted for guidance in these dire circumstances.

Tatania's vision of PaxOku

"Tatania Karthina came down suddenly with a severe fever last evening while investigating the missing book", Xavier Reed stated this morning, "She was hallucinating, certain she was seeing PaxOku turning into Felucca."  "I had a hard time settling her down and getting her inside to rest for the evening", Reed stated before refusing to answer any more questions.

We hope this was not a vision of things to come.  We must keep balance in PaxLair!
