The H-J Gate Rune Libarary, is a public Rune Library East of the Homare-jima Moongate. The building and the runebooks are open to the public and available for use by any and all who pass by. The owner encourages hunting parties to meet there with seating on the second floor, and regular visitors by offering goods outside.

Overview of Floors...
First Floor: Very open rune library with a few vendors out front. Many runebooks are located here and are available for public use. There's also a red chest outside the front doors labeled 'Free Stuff', which is, of course, a chest open to all with items that can be taken if needed.
Second Floor: Contains many different dye tubs, for public use, and seating for a little get together.
Third Floor: Is the personal room of the owner, with storage and relaxation area for them.
Additional Information...
The H-J Rune Library is located just East of the Homare-jima Moongate, it is the first building you come upon and is hard to miss. If you would like to place a vendor here, see owner contact (above) for more information.
