Adventure Later after Meeting
Mayor Winfield announced the meeting would be short so all could adventure into new dungeons, lands, or on quests.
Introductions
Dark Mistress: "I am Dark Mistress. I traveled to these lands from another shard at the pushing of Gareth. I am a Tamer and 5 year veteran."
Aries: "I am Aries. I am no stranger to the alliance. Although, I did take a leave due to some personal issues, issues that have come to foment over the past week. A place called Heartwood. Since Heartwood came about, I have felt more at home. More at peace and for good reason. For I am an elf. And I am hoping to be accepted within Pax. I heard this was an alliance of neutrality. What better place to start than PaxLair. I have watched this place through the shadows for many years. And I come before you all to accept me into your graces. Thank you."
Anton: "Some know me, others don't so let me introduce myself. I am Anton. I come from Nidaros, a dead town. I am the guildmaster of KCR, a semi-dead guild. I am a good friend of PaxLair. Some of you might know me from the Red Wolf Cafe events, where I host the first Mondays of the month. Very happy to make your acquaintance and to join you folks today.
Rebecca: "Hello everyone. I am Rebecca. I met Elijah last night and he invited me here tonight. I am one of the last of the guild COH. I am a crafter."
Crusader: "Well, I'm not new to PaxLair, but I work at 3 AM and can't attend meetings. Most know [my cousin] Snowlock. I've been around since before PaxLair was born. Tons of good times back in the day growing up here, killing Winfield, hanging at the tavern, or more recently you all may remember that Minsk lady; now she was fun to kill. Anyway, I'm done. Thank you."
Medivh: "Just wanted to say a quick Hello from DwB. DwB is an old, old guild based just south of Pax. That's it. Thanks much."
Pact of Benevolence [P|B] Joins the PaxLair Alliance
Winfield said, "I do have an Alliance invitation for tonight. As you know, there are elves among us and our alliance is about balance. All may not agree with each other, but the alliance is still a community. I have talked to most alliance leaders over the past week and I am inviting P|B, the Pact of Benevolence into the PaxLair Alliance. As PaxLair continues to move forward in many new ways, relationships exist beyond compare in much of the Realm."

Aries, the P|B leader then came down to the stage and Mayor Winfield invited P|B into the Alliance. Aries then said that P|B "stands for Unity amongst Family. Once you become a part of P|B, whether through guild or alliance, you are family."
PaxOku Report - PaxOku has a Housing Problem
Viceroy Gareth reported there are too many houses owned by just a few PaxOku people and now actually PaxOku does not have enough owners for some houses. He said that anyone wishing to move into the PaxOku area please let him know.
Also, Gareth said the Elves gave PaxOku a gift. Where Richard's House has fallen, the Elves have built a city library.
Finally, Gareth appointed Dark Mistress, who has been a friend of Gareth's for a few years, to help Gareth manage various issues in PaxOku. She will help in housing problems and run some events at the Blue Light Tavern (BLT). She will be Viceroy Gareth's eyes and ears.
