PaxLair rules, laws, and cooperation are based on three tenets: Peace, Neutrality, and Role-playing. Specific rules, guidelines, and laws are then created as needed to provide realism within the community of cities. These Laws apply to all who dwell in and visit PaxLair. However, with the addition of more cities and towns, each location tends to have its own laws. The Viceroy of each city or town has the right to create laws, but not violate any higher level laws of the PaxLair Community.
