Britannia is for cities and town who wish to declare fealty to the
ruling powers of Britannia. A Council of Britannia may rule over
Britannia in the future. Or perhaps there will be a new King or
Queen. However, some cities and towns already may declare fealty to
Britannia as a way of life, law, and culture.
In older days, Britannia was ruled by Lord British. However, he departed several years ago.
