Viceroy Gareth of PaxOku submitted his resignation to Mayor Winfield last week, to be effective on July 11, 2006. Mayor Winfield expresses his SINCERE appreciation to Viceroy Gareth for his exceptional leadership in the rapidly growing PaxOku city. Gareth was appointed as Viceroy of PaxOku on June 20, 2005. Gareth will continue to live in PaxOku and focus his efforts on establishments, trade and commerce, and the mysteries of the area. |

Mayor Winfield has decreed the PaxLair-wide meeting is cancelled for Tuesday, July 4, 2006. He also instructed all PaxLair City governments to be watchful of fires in their cities due to the excessive launching of fireworks and various explosive spells. |

Mayor Winfield strongly requests all PaxLair Citizens to provide him with a short paragraph their [character] biography. These are used to help people know who is who and some backgrounds for interaction, quests, and continuity within the PaxLair Community and throughout the Shard.
The paragraphs will be reviewed and published on the "People" section of the skypages. To help everyone, that section already has several published biographies that can be used as samples. |

Mayor Winfield appointed DutchessVanHorn to the highest position in PaxLair City, Felucca -- the position of Viceroy -- at the PaxLair meeting on June 20, 2006 in PaxLair City, Felucca. DutchessVanHorn is also the guildmaster of the Knights of the Rebellion [KotR] which was accepted into the PaxLair Alliance one year ago on this day. Viceroy Dutchess will lead the PaxLair City consisting of several citizen guilds and allies. |
