Counselor Leeland pets Galaxy

This tale happened some time ago, but I thought it would fit in nicely with your Counselor Celebration.

While riding around PaxLair one day, I was searching for someone to give my horse to, before returning to my home in the New Lands. Suddenly, out of the blue, Counselor Leeland appears. I greeted Counselor Leeland and thought to myself, "He would look grand upon a horse!"

I asked Counselor Leeland if he would like a horse and to my surprise, he was agreeable. I dismounted and transferred the horse, Galaxy was his name. The transfer was successful, but Counselor Leeland found he could not mount the horse. He thanked me for the offer and said he would transfer the horse back to me, since he could not ride it. Alas, the gods seem to have forgotten to give Counselor's this ability and he could not transfer the horse back to me.

Oghma Returns the Horse

I told him it was quite alright, he could just leave the horse on the tower roof and I would come back later and retame, but he insisted upon calling Senior Counselor Boots to see if the problem could be resolved. Counselor Boots arrived, but she could not transfer the horse either. They said they would call upon a GM for help. By this time, I was feeling very conspicuous for being such a pain and told them not to bother a GM for such a silly mistake. They said it was no bother and a GM would arrive soon.

GM Oghma arrived to save the day. He retamed Galaxy and returned him to me. We all thanked him for his help and GM Oghma disappeard in a flash. I apologized to the Counselors for taking up so much of their time. They seemed to be more amused than annoyed. We said our good-byes and I went to seach for someone else to give Galaxy to.
