Strange, and rather intersting news came my way today. I learned that long ago, during the first Age of Shadows, Knights once had the power to hold lances. Lances, that if used effectively, could strike down an opponent from their mount. It looks that as the skies darken, and the dead rise from the earth, we will once again be given this Holy Power to strike fear into the hearts of the infidels who would stand against us. This brings me to the latest news. It seems as if the Wargod is once again stirring up the local Orc tribe, raising spirits from those pathetic ruins they keep doing rituals around near the Tower base. The tribe has recently grown in strength, and seems to be breeding like rabbits. A sign of their power mounting is revealed in the fact that they once again have attracted a great Shaman to lead them spiritually. Well, he is going to lead them spiritually, alright, if they continue to say that they are going to take Paxlair from the Mayor and Humankind and make all who remain slaves. I personally, will have no problem making ghosts for the Shaman to ressurect over and over and over again. But, this is up to our Noble Lady to determine, I suppose, after she consults with Minsk as to how to react to Guruuk's latest shouted Hoowah's. Be warned however - the ork clan has found fire in its heart once again, and we may need to come to the defence of the town as duty requires it. Zog |
