Virtue's Ward: Chaos Ward

After walking some in the city of Paxliar, I happened upon something strange... It would seem that a ward, of exactly the same construct, except for one aspect the red crystal on at the base, has been placed upon the top floor of the tower of Chaos. I, myself, could find no immediate reason for the ward's existence. Nor could I discern what the nature of the ward was. The ward that was constructed in Corwyn had an emerald colored stone at the base. As I have said, the "Chaos Ward" has a ruby colored stone at it's base. Being that green and red are opposites on the spectrum, one might assume that this ward protects the tower of chaos from beings of good. I have no way to confirm this, but I would take note of any suspicious actions that occur in the general are of that tower...
