New PaxLair Chancellor and Citizen

PaxLair, October 9 -- On this day, during the 21st year of PaxLair, Mayor Winfield held two ceremonies atop the Order Tower in PaxLair. These were important ceremonies because two people were recognized for achieving much within the PaxLair community: Lady Rhyssand appointed to Chancellor, and Barkeep Nevilar Que-tar made a PaxLair Citizen. These recognitions are also important to the entire realm as the recognized individuals symbolize the growth of a realm-wide community of people focused on assisting other people.

Following the ceremonies, the people and visitors of PaxLair held a small reception in the PaxLair Saloon, where stories were told. Peaceful tension mounted, though, as the Caitiff visited the Saloon inquiring about the Tome of Automation.
