Grintal, a Fisherman, Sentenced in PaxLair

Submitted by Mayor Winfield:

Today, September 10, Grintal was sentenced to two weeks in the Yew prison cell #2 by Chief Magistrate Neo of Lothlore of PaxLair. Grintal was found guilty of desecrating the orc ruins in front of the Mage Tower. This violates one of the Mayor's Decrees.

Grintal is a fisherman of an unknown origin. Many witnessed his cooking of fish upon the orc ruins and there was almost an altercation with the orc Xerox. Knight Emmeril though took Grintal into custody where Grintal was questioned by Malar, the detective. Based on the questionning, it was revealed one known as the God of Fish was relevant to information about the crime and Knight Emmeril found him at the Humility Shrine. The Knight brought the God of Fish to PaxLair.

The trial convened with Neo of Lothlore presiding, Knight Emmeril as the Prosecuting Barrister, Illistyn as the Defense Barrister, and Malar as the Detective.

Stormchaser, the God of Fish, Grintal, and Malar were called to the stand to testify. According to the evidence and testimony in the trial, Grintal was ordered by the God of Fish to try to change the orc ruins into a fish shrine. The examinations and cross-examinations were complex to arrive at this conclusion.

It was clear, though, that Grintal did commit a crime in PaxLair and Neo found him guilty. Neo of Lothlore sentenced Grintal to two weeks in the Yew Prison and a permanent banishment from PaxLair.

Neo ordered that the God of Fish be held in custody in PaxLair to be tried on Tuesday at 8PM Eastern for his suspected role in Grintal's crime.
