Well, there I be, sewing some holes up in me old fishin' nets atop the North Pax tower. I had just taken a snooze under the benches on the rooftop, and when I peeked out from underneath em I noticed some mighty fine lookin' legs walkin' about. They belonged to some womenfolk who wuz preppin' fer a meeting. Minsk, Council Chairperson, Paxlair, was talkin' some more about tailorin' with JeTamme Deesse, along with Serena, the Countess of SxC. Some bloke named Socrates happened along, discussing the woes of Hemlock with Winmere.

It turned out they wuz all plannin' fer some upcoming public event. Of all things, a Fashion show!. To be held, it is, the 25th o' June, at the evening hour of eight o'clock, as a telescope might see stars in the Eastern skies.

Quite the planners all of em were, calmly talkin' about models preppin' in the Order tower, and then using some type of stage that was gonna be set up in the Chaos tower. Chattin' away, even as the Elven High Lord, one Luthien, was glancin' at a renegade Drow who was walkin' by, goin' by the name o' Bel'la Kyorl.

Judges were discovered to be in short supply, so if any o' ye out der have some fashion sense, or any sense in general - well, show it off n' volunteer!. Ye sees that names to talk ta, don't ye?. Models also were sought, men and women brave enough to show off current designs local tailors mightn' be proud of. All tailors were invited to bring an ensemble, or two, or three!. This is a chance fer all the poke-fingered, cloth-stitchers far and wide to show their talent!. Darkmoon Angel showed up, and then one Rhiannon Sappho.

Things were takin' off, and plannin' went on full bore ahead!. It seemed like the gathering crowd was attracting more peoples attention, and passers by Aphra ben Morgh, Bard of Eternity, and Laird Vegeta, the Emissary, stopped to add contributions of their own. Mayhap Aphra will be providing inspirational music for the models. I hear great victuals r bein' prepared, and more o' the same r welcome!.

Some mention of Guards to keep out some model applicant named Mugluk. I think tis wise to pass on a she-troll in a skimpy outfit, aye!...

So forget it not, the Paxlair Fashion Show, June 25, 8pm, as the eastern stars shine, at the Tower o' Chaos. I kin only imagine the chaos... but I got a callin' from the Witches of Cove, so I won't see it all. That, however, is another tale. Enjoy the show!.
