Old Knight Tells Tales of an Old Era & Three Knights
May 4 [Crossroads Fortress, Felucca, Chesapeake] - As previously published, an old Knight awaited Knights of the realm to come to the Crossroads Fortress to hear his tales about the Fortress. Last night, a group ventured from nearby PaxLair after a Knighting Ceremony to find the old Knight. A group of 16 people, including several Knights, found the old Knight and listened to his tales.
To the party's wonder and self-reflection, the old Knight told of a long-ago era where many Knighthoods came together at the Fortress. These Knighthoods formed a common bond or alliance. Collectively they were known as the Knights of Shiragor and were feared by villains, murderers, and evil creatures throughout the realm. Shiragor, according to the old Knight, is the final resting place of Knights upon their noble deaths.
The old Knight told the tales and roles of three great Knights of that era: the most fearless, the most loved, and the most humorous. Each Knight was from a different Knighthood yet they were also Knights of Shiragor.
At the end of the tales and voyage through the Fortress, the old Knight wondered if the Crossroads Fortress would someday be a center of activity for such Knights and Knighthoods again. Some in the party thought it could be given the current situation in the lands.
