Before sailing off for a tour of Moonglow, PaxLair held a very short and to the point town meeting at the new "The Band" Town Hall, at the site of the old SCP.  In attendance this week were Mayor Minsk, Lord Monk, Lady Winmere, Cross MacLeod, Augustus, Grimlar Mithrax, Neo Of Lothlore, Zog the Fishmonger, Lola Ninefingers, Sky, Winter, Excelsior Lyonne, Belial, XANAXIUS and Valium.

Treasure Hunting Planned for Thor's Day

After a brief discussion, Mayor Minsk and the audience decided that the PaxLair Adventure Group would be doing Treasure Maps this Thursday.  Come prepared to dig at 9:10 PM by the eastern sky, outside the PaxLair Paladin Tower.

PaxLair Hosting the Skara Summer Festival PvP Event

PaxLair will play host to the "Last Man Standing" PvP event at the Skara Brae Summer Festival, this Saturday.  The event is expected to take place in one of PaxLair's buildings (undecided as of now), and will begin at 9:00 PM EST, this Saturday, June the 19th.  For more information on the Skara Brae Summer Festival visit www.ultimacommunity.com/forums/

Notice to PaxLair Meeting Attendees

Unless otherwise noted, all future PaxLair weekly meetings will be held at the new PaxLair Town Hall.  PaxLair meetings are intended to maintain a peaceful, and problem-free environment.  Meeting Rules and PaxLair Laws are still very much in effect, and should be obeyed at all times.  Depending on the severity of the case, participants who break these rules will first be warned, then subject to a ban for any further disruptions.

PaxLair Attends the Red Wolf Cafe's June Chesapeake Regatta

After a quick meeting, several people from the PaxLair meeting made their way to the Red Wolf Cafe for the monthly Chesapeake Regatta.  By the time most of us arrived, all the skippers were outside, waiting and tweaking the shrouds on their ship models.  The course this month was the Moonglow Tour, which took racers counter-clockwise around Verity Island.

The race this month was a good one, despite choppy waters along the East coast, and bits of debris in the water that blocked our vessels -- most likely from other ships that broke up on the rocks.  I had the honour of retaining the title for the PaxLair Crew, coming in first place, with Yanni and Jon close behind.  The pirate contest was won by Felintus, whom I think, was a real pirate in a past life!
